JOMMS for Tribal Agencies
JOMMS provides users the power to manage their Tribe or Tribal Agency JOM program effectively and efficiently.
Users manage district contacts and student rosters with ease while JOMMS Alerts keep them notified of any changes and/or problems. JOMMS also allows users to report data instantly for a true program-wide view.
JOMMS rosters are displayed in real time and users can even be notified if a student transfers to and/or from their agency.
JOMMS’ Auto-Sync Technology allows Tribal Agencies to spend their time managing their program and not managing a system. Although “old fashion” paper printouts are still an option, JOMMS allows agencies and school districts to seamlessly communicate using the systems built-in “real-time” roster management feature.

School Districts can use the power of JOMMS to manage their JOM certification process from beginning to end.
JOMMS allows school districts to seamlessly communicate with their JOM Tribal Agencies using the built-in “real-time” roster management feature.
Communication with parents and students is greatly enhanced as well through the use of JOMMS’ optional secure parent login. If activated, this feature allows users to login to the system to view what documentation is needed and to download/fill out and/or submit needed forms.
The JOMMS’ Roster Management Center allows users to quickly view, edit, add and remove students — allowing rosters to be printed or submitted with ease and confidence.
